Station bring-up:

• Fixture & Test Instrumentation setup including the stations in mini-lines, and REL labs.
• Station SW validation/tracking, PDCA data integrity check and Overlay creation.
• Calibration, daily audit and maintenance
• SOP documentation
• GR&R and Station2Station variation analysis and report
• Test Coverage/Limit tracking & documentation
• BOM and Demand tracking & analysis
• Train and manage hand-off to Ops TEs.
• Act as first level DRI during Ops builds.
• Capable of sustaining the test station and conduct DOE during engineering builds.

• DRIs’ home base is on the line or in FA area, not in the office
• Run DOEs with Customer’s design and test teams based in data observed
• Log analysis, Radar documentation
• Parametric data analysis & integrity check
• Distribution and Cp & Cpk analysis
• Station stability and Reliability analysis
• Yield, fallout & Retest root causes

• Fluent English in speaking, listening, reading and writing
• Spontaneous respond to Customer’s TPMs and Logistic PM

• Reporting station bring-up status and results
• Reporting debug analysis. Feedback to the DRIs if there is a problem with the HW/SW
• Summarize top issues with failure rate, symptom, FA and root cause
• Station radars tracking and managing
